Jeremy Pher
Team Miracles Landed was founded by Jeremy Pher, a real estate professional with many years of experience in Singapore's property market, particularly landed property sales and rentals.
Before developing TML into its current team structure, Jeremy operated his own boutique real estate agency, personally handling and successfully closing numerous property sale and rental transactions.
Through years of working directly with homeowners, buyers, landlords and tenants, Jeremy developed firsthand insight into how clients make decisions, how properties are positioned and what influences negotiations.
Having grown up in Serangoon Gardens, Jeremy also brings a personal connection to one of Singapore's established landed neighbourhoods.
