Semi-detached houses in Singapore are typically two or three stories tall and have a minimum plot size of 200 square meters (2153 square feet). They share one wall with another property and only come in pairs. The land sizes of Semi-Detached houses can vary– some can be smaller than a Corner-Terraced house where others can be as large as a Detached house.
